It is easy foaming, smell like bread, rich flavour, slightly sour. It is produced only from natural materials (water, sugar, kvass concentrate, which includes rye and barley malt, lactic acid), then - fermented by yeast. During fermentation process the unique taste and aroma are formed, we kvass is naturally carbonated. It contains not more than 1,2 % of alcohol. After fermentation the kvass is filtered to separate the yeast.
Prizes: In "Nacionalinis giros ringas 2011" this product took Grand Prix, Riga food 2013 won a bonze medal in kvass category.
